Education and Experience:

Hello class, I am Mrs. Vega!

I graduated with my Associates degree at Northwest MS Community College in 2019 and graduated with my Bachelors degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2021! I am in Phi Theta Kappa, Sigma Alpha Lambda, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and The National Society of Leadership and Success.

I am particularly passionate about teaching at Hope Sullivan Elementary School because I once walked the halls as a student myself. This is where I learned my ABC's and 123's and found my passion for becoming an educator. Over the course of my career I have served as a Teacher's Assistant, Student Teacher, and Certified Teacher at HSES.

I am excited to begin my 6th year with DCS!
